Small Land Purchase
Hi yall, I am looking to get a few acres in the North Raleigh area. There are lots of million dollar development opportunities but I am not interested in that.
Is it possible to reach out to these large properties and see if they would sell off a few acres of their 12-20acre? Has anyone tried that before?
