Finding Deals- 10+ Multi Unit

Hi BP friends! 
I’m trying to buy 10+ units but I’m not finding a lot online. Any ideas where else I can find them?

I asked my agent to check MLS. Any other options? I'd like to buy 10+. Range is 1..3-1.6M. Region- secondary markets in NC.

What other info should I be thinking of?
