Determing the class of neighborhoods

Jaimie Boone
Posted

Hello there!

I could probably google this, but I feel like I will probably receive a better and more direct answer here. I actually almost feel silly for asking it, but how do you determine the class of a neighborhood (A, B, C, etc.) Are there sites with this info all in one place or is it something I need to decipher when looking at listings? I live in a rural community that does not offer a lot of diversity. That being said, I am trying to get familiar with some other markets and want to know what to look for. Also, where is your favorite place to learn about a cities projected growth, etc? Thank you so much!
