First time investor looking into Sherman and Denison

Hello! I am a first time investor looking to buy houses in Sherman and/or Denison. I've been looking online and have found a couple smaller houses for sale and would love to connect with some agents and contractors who are knowledgable about the area, rent rates, repair costs and property taxes. I am hoping to purchase two houses to start my real estate journey and would greatly appreciate making relationships.
