Is there ANY other way to locate off-market properties besides old-fahsioned house hunting?

Hello Investors,

Every savvy real estate investor is seeking off-market properties, there are literally thousands of companies hiring "house hunters" to pad their portfolio, and I am experienced at finding vacant or bank owned properties by simply driving around, but my driving privileges have been suspended and I am desperately in need to keep my income coming. Very few investors are even willing to look at the properties I deliver because I am forced to primarily look online, is there any other way to find great deals?

Thanks in advance

Dan
