Looking to shadow Seller Financed Deals in Cleveland

Hello!

I'm looking for my next investment property and I'm interested in connecting with any investors in the Cleveland area that are working seller financing deals.

I would love to shadow some of your calls with sellers, negotiations with sellers, and anything else in between to gain as much knowledge and wisdom as I can.
