How could that be possible?

I got the property address of a motivated seller. The brother of the motivated seller gave me the address. I wrote it down exactly as he told me. I did a Google map search to find the property just as he told me. I went to go look at the property. I checked with the brother to make sure I went to the right address. The brother told me that is the wrong address even though that is the exact address he gave me. I searched everywhere online for that property address and it was the exact address I went to according to Google Maps. How is it possible to have the right home address but the wrong location where it is located?
