Quick trustworthy turnkey company
I currently received an offer I can refuse on a SFH I own in NJ and am closing in the next week. I am looking into buying a condo in NJ with a portion of the profits but in order to 1031 exchange I need a second property to invest in. I am looking for a trustworthy turnkey provider that will provide at least a 8-9 ROI and be able To handle the 1031 paperwork for both properties. Please contact me if you have had any similar experience or know of any good companies that can provide what I am looking for.

Quote from @Dave Foster:
@Felipe Antunez, You're actually looking for two people. The QI for the 1031 exchange has to be an unrelated 3rd party to the rest of the transaction. They are only allowed by law to perform your 1031.
If you're wanting to invest in a turn key product then you'll also want to find a good turn-key company. They cannot do your 1031 exchange. The QI for the 1031 exchange cannot help you find properties.
Thank you for the help!
