Real estate inactive referral Question
Hello l, I currently have an "Inactive" real estate salesperson liscense from MA. In MA law, there is a subsection where you can be "Inactive" and still receive referral fees without a broker.
My question is, does this work out of state? Let's say I have a client from MA that wants to buy a home in FL. From my understanding I can still obtain the referral fee. Now because of MA law , I'm inclined to think that I can get the referral fee in full without a broker. Can someone confirm this?
