Should I avoid a multi family next to a waste management facility?

Hello, it’s a 3 family house for a good price in New London, CT. But it has no parking and is right across the street from a waste management facility. Would this cause an issue renting and selling later down the line? There is also no parking for the house as it’s all street parking. I like the house itself but the waste management facility is putting me off.

Generally you want to avoid properties in a terrible location like that! I would say the same if the property is located next door to a half-way house, jail, any location where homeless people may hang out in big numbers. There is a nice duplex at the very edge of my neighborhood and in the parking lot of the corner store next door, there are always noisy or drunk folks, they have had a hard time selling that property.

If you got extra money laying around AND are getting an absolute deal AND prepared for some headaches (less than stellar tenants), you could take a risk on this property but really should probably stay away
