Teaming up w a Flipper or Wholesaler

I keep losing out on houses i find on MLS. If they are any kind of ok deal, they sell hours after listed. Has anyone had any luck teaming up w a flipper/ wholesaler in the Myrtle Beach area(Little River down to Murrels Inlet)? I would think it would be in their best interest to save agent commish. Thanks for any help in advance!
