Anyone Willing to Face and/or Walk Properties That I will Send You in Wake and JOCO?

Background: My wife and have been investing in real-estate for several years. She is a part time real estate agent with a W2 and I have a full time W2 job + managing our current rental portfolio + running a company on the side. And we are raising a almost 2 year old with another little one expected next year as well. Life...is busy.

Problem: We recently moved to the Wake Forest/Rolesville area but, we plan to continue to invest in Wake/Johnston Counties as we have done over the past few years. I am able to quickly find and analyze deals. The problem is we have limited time to walk properties. Driving down to Clayton/Smithfield/Selma etc 1-2 week is not as feasible when we lived in JOCO a few short months ago. 

Ask: Would any of you be interested, or know someone who would be interested, in walking properties that I send you via email? We would split 50% my wife's commission or agree on a $ per property walked. No research or deal finding would be required. We would do all of the deal finding, offer writing, negotiation, closing, etc. I just need some to turn a key, give me a sense of the neighborhood, and the quality of the house. Most deals will be on the MLS so this will likely only apply to those who have their RE license. I would prefer a facetime video during the tour if possible. Normally it takes no more then 10-20 (MAX) showings before we normally close our deals. I would expect looking at1-3 properties per week for the next 1-2 months. We are looking in Zebulon, Wendell, Knightdale, Garner, Clayton, Smithfield, and Four Oaks. We plan to purchase more and give this goes well we would use this model for all other purchases in the area.

This would be a great help to us both and ideally a way for someone else to make some extra $$$ as well. Open to any other thoughts as well incase I am on the wrong track. Thank you all in advance.
