Tax Lien/Tax deed investing vs. foreclosure investing
I am a new member.
Does mortgage foreclosure wipe out all liens or claims against the property?
1. If it will wipe out all liens, what is the difference or advantages?
2. If it will NOT wipe out all liens, why invest in foreclosure property? The only benefit that I know of is ... you will get a clean title. If I rent the property out, then it does not make any difference regarding the status of title. Am I correct?
Please advise.
