Hi group, preparing for the sale of my home in Mt. Vernon,  Ny. Hubby and I have done a gang of reno to it but more cosmetic work needs to be done. It's not quite a fixer upper but not sure who we should market to. Would we lose significantly by not finishing the work or are we losing out by not pitching to investors now? Thoughts please. It's 3 bed 2.5 bath (above grade) finished basement Yada Yada lol
