Hello Bigger Pockets community! I am thinking of moving into the Florida market for single family real estate investing/flipping/wholesaling and was wondering what the state of the market has been like recently. Are investors finding deals easily? How many homes do you have to look at before buying one? Is it an investor friendly state/market?
