Section 8 Lease Renewal

I don’t know if this question has been answered before but I have a 1st year Section 8 tenant and lease renewal is coming in the next couple of months and I’m trying to find out if there is anything that I need to provide to Memphis Housing Authority other than the new updated lease. I have tried calling their office several times and sent numerous emails with no response to anything. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
