Source for Listings of Tenant Occupied Properties

While watching a few podcasts a couple months ago, there was a mention of various websites to find different types of properties. I think it may have been a Pace Morby podcast, but I can't recall. I'm looking for the name of the website that was a nationwide source for rental properties for sale that had tenants in place already, and it rated the property, the area, etc. Can someone help me out?
