 Loaded question. This is a hot topic on BP and IMHO there is a legal way to do wholesaling and the way the skirts the laws. Doing it legally either through double closing or selling to someone in your network - not opposed to it. Getting it under agreement with no money and hoping someone buys it from your facebook post - yes disagree with that.
