Looking to Buy

Paul Bame
Posted

I am currently living in a RV with my family, for the past two years, and we need to find a house. Our original plan was to build on some property that we own, but due to current prices of mortgage rates and building supplies we are finding it difficult to do so within our budget. So, we are considering buy an investment property that we can build some sweat equity in and build later. Is there any advice for the Jacksonville/Orange Park/Middleburg area, or anyone selling something that we can work a deal with? We want to do something right away, and appreciate any advice or assistance. Thanks, Paul Bame

call local agents and ask if they have any pocket listings or coming soon. Go to local REIA groups and ask around. Also ask some property managers if they have any owners who are tired and want to get out.
