Direct Mail Letter

Hi everyone!

I’m looking at starting a direct mail campaign to purchase a property to house hack this next year. I am targeting homes in a specific area and just wanted some advice on what to write on the letters.

Here is what I have so far:

Hi,

My name is Paul and I am a local college student here in Louisville.

Right now, I am looking to purchase a house in the area to live in this next school year. I really enjoy going to school in this part of Louisville and would love to continue to live in and improve this community. Your home would be a perfect house to buy! If you are interested in selling please contact me by phone at ____ or by email ________.

If you're not ready to sell your house now, please keep this letter with your important papers. I look forward to speaking with you!

Sincerely,

Paul Stamm

What are your thoughts? Would you add/delete anything?

Thanks in advance!
