Hi

We are in the middle of buying oceanfront property in Rodanthe(STR investment)

… closing in one week

We are seeing the headlines of homes falling into the sea this week.

Is there a duty to disclose Geologic Hazard ?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to a way out of the contact at this stage in the process.?
