Selling land in Maryland

Hey, 

I live in Texas and my Dad lives in Maryland. He has some land maybe 15-20acres that he is looking to sell. We are trying to decide if he should just list on the MLS and sell is fast or try and find a builder/developer that may bring more money but longer to close.

Does anyone have any experience with this or know a RE agent in the area that is familiar with selling land in Maryland? The property is located in Anne Arundel County.
