Cannot Sell the Flip
Hi guys! Hope someone can help me with this situation. We have a flip that has been on the market for 153 days and it will not sell. Our business partners who can refinance the home won’t do it. We recently had an offer but after yesterday’s inspection, the offer was retracted. We won’t get the inspection report back for a few days.
What could be some other options besides refinancing? We do have some outstanding expenses that must be paid to the contractor as well. We are aware that we may not make anything from this flip but desperately want to get this additional mortgage off our hands.
Yes we are in a pickle with this one but any suggestions/advice would be gratefully appreciated.
