Multifamily Rental near a Rehab center that helps ex-con, yay or nay?

Hi All,

I have recently found a great looking multifamily rental that has good return and very well maintained. The only thing I'm not sure about is the fact that it is only one minute walking distance to a rehab center that helps ex-convicts. I'm sure what they are doing is great and for a good cause. However, my first instinct as an investor tells me that I should just keep looking. At the same time, I'm also wondering whether I'm passing an opportunity.

Fyi, the facility looks very clean and orderly.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
