Interested in hearing some insight and expectations on a long term hold for Lake Nona area and that surrounding.

 Lake Nona will have high rents and great appreciation. However purchase prices in the area will make it challenging to cash flow. If you're more interested in a appreciation play then Lake Nona can be a great place to invest.
