Where to Buy Cash Flowing Properties in Houston Area
Hi everyone,
I’m looking to invest in single-family residential properties near the Houston area but having a hard time getting the numbers to work.
I’ve looked at available listings on HAR and Zillow, but I’m having a hard time finding anything that will cash flow. I’m looking at a price range of $300K - 400K, in a safe neighborhood (good schools and low crime).
Does anyone have any advice on which areas I should look at / general advice on navigating the Houston real estate market?
