Splitting a lot and developing
Hi all,
I am new to the forum. I have a home with 2.5 acre land in Sacramento county. It is zoned RD 5. I want to split the house out from rest of the land.
I need suggestions on followings.
1. Should I just do a simple split ( splitting the house from the rest of the land. The house is at the corner)?
2. Or Should I divide into all available lots based on RD5 zoning?
3. I have some money to split but not for developing. Is there any local developer who will be willing to invest together?
Thank you.
