Looking to trade up my apartment

Hello, 


I have a 1/1 in margate which I have renovated most of it and have added an office space to ti as well. But now I need a bigger home and I’m looking to trade to something bigger in the same area within 20 miles. If any investor has a property available, or any suggestions or help to get a new one such as private lending or something different please reach out.
