Brand New House now in Flood Zone

I have 3 investment properties under construction in the Cape Coral/Port Charlotte area. I put a down payment on these in April 2022 and specifically chose these exact homes as they were not in a flood zone. 

Post hurricane Ian, now all three properties are in a flood zone. Is there a way to get out of these contracts without losing my 10% deposit? 

Any real estate lawyers that can help?
