Marketing and Acquisition Strategies

Hi All,

Hope 2023 is off to a great start for everyone. I'm curious what different strategies people are using for deal acquisition?

I know direct mail, Facebook and Google ads, and cold calling are all commonly used strategies. How have you utilized these strategies or other methods to scale your portfolio?

I think it's good to identify strategies used that haven't had a return and why you think you haven't as well.
