Sell or hold
I am new to investing, currently own one property and my goal is to purchase 2 more properties this year.
I currently own my one property outright and it cash flows for 1200/mth. I bought it at 98k and it's now valued at roughly 170k. I am debating holding on to it or selling it and using the money to invest in other properties. And if I do hold on to it, I am pondering a HELOC to purchase a 2nd property.
I have been reading a lot and trying to educate myself to make the right decisions, but I just thought I would reach out on here and so what advice the more experienced individuals have...thanks!
