DELINQUENT TAX SALE - Any Investors with Experience?

Hi all - any investors with experience buying properties at a delinquent tax sale? I am curious how the process works, what do you do if it’s occupied (can you evict?), they said you need a bank check, but how can you know what amount to get a bank check for?!

Any insight would be appreciated!
