Are there any ways to earn money from a vacant lot

hello, my name is Hilton and I'm from Zimbabwe. 

I recently bought a vacant lot in Kingman and the seller is carrying the note. Im paying close to $200 per month but its actually out of pockect so i was just wondering if there might be any ways to at least breakeven as i work to start the construction work.
