Finding an agent in Henderson, NV

Hello everyone - I tried the BiggerPockets agent finder and it didn't work. It was buggy. I had to enter two of the steps twice and when it forgot my contact information and asked me to enter it again I gave up.

I figured I'd post on a forum. I'm looking for an investor-friendly agent in Henderson, NV. I have a pretty specific idea about what I'm looking for and am looking for a good negotiator and someone who can give me a realistic view of the market. I own 6 rental properties in other markets and am looking for a SFR that can be a LTR but eventually turned into a vacation home.
