Anyone buying in Cabo?

I searched the forums and couldn't find much in the way of investing in the Cabo area.  Anyone have any experience in the La Ribera, East Cape, Cabo area?  I have an opportunity to join a partnership to build some homes in that area and know nothing about it.  I know Four Seasons recently set up shop at Costa Palmas which I would imagine could lead to an uptick in people buying vacation homes around it.
