Overseas investors - off any advice?

Good day BP!

I'm looking to hear from some of our overseas investors buying/managing in the states. I've been doing quite a bit of research in two to three states, subscribed to several housing lists to include the Fannie Mae HomePath Bulk Investor list, and am in contact with a few realtors. I'd like to hear how you go about making your investment decisions. Anything from researching new properties, building your teams, making decisions and so on. I'm still quite new, so anything that anyone might be able to offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and I look forward to learning all I can!
