Wholesale prices are high

Hello.
Is it just me or wholesalers prices for homes very high?

I’m currently on a few wholesalers deal list, but all of the homes I’m getting sent are to high and the numbers don’t make sense.

Are any of you trying different options in getting deals sent to you?

@Simon Strugar

A high percentage of wholesalers are on lists and just daisy chain deals down the line. That is another reason pricing is high
