Mohican Regent neighbourhood in Detroit

Hi BP....does anyone know if the Mohican Regent neighbourhood is a decent area to invest in...I am not from Detroit but I try to research as much as I can....and thanks to this BP forum I have learnt a lot from you guys...hence for Detroit...I want to focus on the neighbourhood as much as I would focus on the quality of the house...let me know if you guys know about this area...so far I can only find limited info on the net about it...
