HDFC income guideline Coop
Currently having a hard time finding a way to sell that works best for me
Had it sold during the spring
The appraisal and all came back good but the underwriter then denied it due to pending litigation from US the shareholders suing the builders for construction deficiencies during the original build in 2010
Coop is currently fixing the most important items
Would appreciate any help in finding the best resolution
