Real Estate LLC - How to Build Enough Credit
Hi!
I currently own 2 duplex's and would really like to create an LLC to buy my next property with. What is the best way to build credit within an LLC, to be able to get approved for a mortgage loan, without issue? The plan is to refinance the other properties once the rates fall again, and transfer the deeds to the LLC, but right now, that is not an option.
Does anyone have experience with starting a Real Estate LLC, and have any suggestions to get us going in the right direction?
Any advice, book suggestions, forums are appreciated!
Thank you,
Kassie
