Prior foundation and flood issues

Seller just dropped price another $50k posting states foundation and flood damage has all been fixed. Up and coming area. Rehabbed multiple houses and built from scratch. Never dealt with foundation or flood issues. If fixed and verified by inspector any other concerns I should be aware of.
