Does anyone in Columbus, OH know of a good RE attorney with an escrow service? I have a prospective seller who I am meeting next week and hope to secure my first lease option assignment deal. I would like to work through a RE attorney to process the lease option paperwork and the assignment to the end tenant-buyer, as well as to handle escrow for ongoing monthly payments during the lease period.

Any recommendations?
