Settlement: when do I get final costs? What papers do I sign?

New to this.  I have a copy of estimated settlement costs.  When should I get the final copy, at settlement?

What legal documents do I have to sign at settlement?  So far all I have is an estimated settlement cost paper.  Settlement date is close.
