What are your predictions? Nobody knows the future and anyone that claims otherwise is a fool.
When housing values increase 50% or more over a two-year period, it's safe to say they won't stay there and they're likely to come back down hard and fast.
My opinion: prices will drop around 20 - 25% below their peak before we see stabilization.
