In Need of an Investor Friendly Contractor & Title Company

Hello,

 I've recently moved here to Baton Rogue, which is my husband's hometown. I would really appreciate recommendations on the following : 

1) An investor friendly contractor who can do walk-throughs & provide an estimate for properties under contract. 

-This is key for me to finalize the ARV during the 10 day inspection period.

2) An investor friendly title company
