Too Cheap?->Amana Stainless Steel Appliances In A Flip House

HD is running a deal on Amana stainless steel stove & MW for $700 total. Is Is Amana brand normal or expected to be found in a flip house or does it give off cheap vibes?

In addition I have a KitchenAid stainless steel dishwasher. Is it ok to mix and match appliances or is that tacky or not normal with potential buyers?

For some areas, this will be above what is required.  For others, it will be considered cheap. You would need to know what people are doing in your area.

Generally, people like when the appliance brands match because often the styles match too.  We typically do that in our apartments. However, with COVID supply chain issues, we've often swapped out for a different brand when one of the appliances goes on back order for a long period of time.
