Hello and Good Morning BP Family : )
I hope this finds you well !
We have a property we are looking to buy in Lancaster SC that will be a buy and hold. Our llc is a Florida based LLC our Fl CPA and tax attorney are our registered agent on Florida LLC.
For those with LLCs in other states who own buy and hold in SC are you able to do so with a Foreign LLC filing or does the Florida LLC need to open a SC LLC to hold property in SC? Thank you kindly in advance for any guidance will be reaching out to a local SC CPA as well once office opens. To your everlasting success!!
