Credit Score
When buying a home…what credit score do they go with? The average, the middle, the top :-)….which one are they looking at ?

When buying a home, they look @ your Fico Score. Meaning they take the scores from all three credit reporting agency, then they throw out the highest and lowest and keep the middle.
This is what they use, this is called your Fico/middle score.
Hope this helps!!
