Mt. Oliver. Not going to be so easy to get a good one that will gut it out for top price. Most people who are willing to deal with Mt. Oliver properties just want to sell and collect their commission. A lot of it still depends on the property, of course, but Mt. Oliver is Mt. Oliver.
