seller still in House
Put a house under contract about a month and a half ago. Seller said he needed about a month to move out. We ran into a few little road blocks so we closed on it just last week seller tells me he will be out of house in a month . So I told him that I needed him out asap cause that month time frame was I thought since we first signed contract. It might of just been a miscommunication in my part that he meant a month after closing . My question is how would I go about if he decides to stay passed a month I'm currently working out of state and he knows it so he might try to pull a fast one he was not yo happy about selling house he walked away with about 500 dollars due to house having lean he didn't know about well any input is appreciated
